Unmasking the Pain: Easing Rejection Sensitivity for Black Women with ADHD
May 22 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Black women with ADHD often live in a state of high performance and hidden exhaustion — managing symptoms while navigating the pressure to show up as competent and composed. This webinar explores the compounded impact of rejection sensitivity and double-masking. It will break down how this cycle starts, how it shows up in adulthood, and its effect on mental health, relationships, and sense of self.
This session is for Black women with ADHD, the providers who support them, and anyone who wants to better understand how racial and gender dynamics intersect with neurodivergence. |
