The Transition Work Group in Montgomery County, MD, is dedicated to improving the transition of young people with disabilities from school to full lives in the community. They are adult service providers, government/school staff and parents.
The Transition Fair – Sunday, April 7, 1 pm-4 pm, Talk to more than 60 government agencies, non-profit organizations and companies service people with intellectual disabilities and autism – housing, social/recreational opportunities, education/training, employment, government benefits. Come with your questions – go home with answers!
